If you found a brand new unofficial chat client / Instant Messenger client, whether it for one protocol messenger such as unofficial chat client for Yahoo Messenger or Windows Live Messenger (web messenger client or software), or multi protocol chat client (web / software), you better be carefully. Someone report to us that after he used chat client that just been download it and use it, he lost his email account and then his bank account. This would be terrible.
i tried to dnload ysupra and got my id stolen and my bank account over drafted. from i can’t contact them at all cant cancel they are using ysupra as bait to rob people
Though, I not really sure he tell us as a truth or just a lie (and it seems that I cannot verify about this), we better carefully if we want to try a brand new chat client. This because of an unofficial chat client (new released) usually “not tested” their bug / error / security issued well. At least not like the official one. And one more, don’t use your main account if you wanna test Beta / Alpha version, though it’s the official client of your IM service. Beta version usually contain many bug or error that might not secure your IM account well.
Therefore, I suggest you if you want to try new client, just use an ID that not “really commonly used” or not “important”. It would better if you created a brand new account / ID of the Messenger Service. If anything happen in the future, such as you ID been stolen or your computer installed malicious software (malware, such as keylogger, cookies spy, etc) automatically without you knew it, your “important email or ID account) still save, and only the new ID that not really important that been ripped off.
Otherwise: always use the official client as your main Chat Client / Messenger Client
