If you got any message error when you try to run a software (especially Yahoo Tools software) like this:

All you have to do just register the yacscom.dll that available in the folder of the software. If the file did not exist in there, you can download and run YCabby ( yvwrctl.cab (yvwrctl.dll), yacscom.cab (yacscom.dll), and yuplapp.cab (yuplapp.dll) )
