
Mercury Messenger is third party chat client of Windows Live Messenger aka MSN Messenger. In the title We mentioned it that Mercury IM is Java MSN chat client, that means mercury IM has to works under Java. It required Java to be installed on your computer, whether you Operating System is Mac OS X from Apple, Windows, Ubuntu or RPM-based Linux.
Features available in Mercury Windows Live Messenger Client
You can face may features in Mercury Messenger such as Multi ID on Windows Live Messenger (that means you can use multipe account at the same time), File Transfer, Sending and Receive (Watch) Webcam, Offline Message, Event Notification, Tabbed Windows, Contact list with Search, Status icons, Emoticons, and many more
For under development features that would be available in Mercury Messenger consists of HTTP Proxy, Yahoo Contacts, Audio / Video Conference and Multiple Points of Presence.

- Download Mercury 1.9 Final MacOSX (10.8 MB / Universal binary)
- Extract Mercury_1_9.dmg.zip
- Mount Mercury_1_9.dmg
- Drag Mercury icon to Applications folder

- Follow instructions prompt in
RPM Based Linux:
- Download and open mercury-messenger-1.9-2.noarch.rpm
